Company logo in the viewer: your name above the 3D model.
Upload your company logo to Airclip Cloud once. From then on it appears in Airclip Viewer 3D above every one of your models, even in links you sent out long ago.
When you pass a model on to your clients, your name should be on it. Upload your company logo to Airclip Cloud once: Airclip Viewer 3D then shows it in the top left corner above the model, in place of the Airclip logo. Underneath, a small “Powered by Airclip Cloud” mark appears.
How to upload your logo
- Log in to Airclip Cloud.
- Click the person icon in the top right corner and choose Profile.
- Under Settings you will find the Company logo row. Click Upload and choose the file.
As soon as the preview appears next to “Company logo”, the logo is saved. There is no separate save button.
Which file works
File requirements
- Format
- PNG, JPG or WebP
- File size
- 2 MB at most
- Dimensions
- 2000 × 2000 pixels at most
The viewer gives the logo an area of 200 × 58 pixels, a wide landscape format. A logo with similar proportions fills it completely. A square logo is scaled down to 58 pixels in height and looks small accordingly. If you have both versions, use the landscape one.
The logo sits directly on top of the scene, without a frame. A PNG or WebP with a transparent background blends in best. A JPG cannot be transparent and always brings its rectangle along, usually a white one.
Where your logo appears
The viewer fetches the logo from your account every time it opens. It therefore applies straight away to all models of your organisation, including older projects and links you have already sent. You do not need a new project for it. Anyone who has a viewer open right now sees the new logo after reloading.
On smartphones the viewer hides the logo and the mark, so the model gets the whole screen.
Changing or removing the logo
Next to the preview there is Remove. After that, the viewer shows the Airclip logo again. To use a new logo, remove the old one first and then upload the new file.
Who may change the logo
The logo belongs to the organisation, not to an individual. If several users work in one account, only Org-Admins can upload or remove it. Everyone else does not see the Settings section at all. How the roles are split is explained under User management.
