FAQ
Questions about billing.
Is there a subscription or a base fee?
No. Airclip Cloud is project-based: you only pay for the projects we successfully produce for you. Billing happens once a month.
How exactly does the volume discount work?
For every €250 of revenue in a month you receive 5 % of that revenue as euro credit, which is set against your next invoice. The rate rises in steps up to a maximum of 50 %. If your needs go beyond that, talk to our sales team.
How does the free trial work?
After signing up you can use Airclip Cloud free of charge for one month. After that you continue to pay only for the projects we successfully produce for you.
Does quality control cost extra?
No. Automatic quality assurance runs on every project in the background at no cost. The optional manual review you can add at upload is free as well: it only extends the processing time by 12–24 hours on working days.
Do I pay for models that don't come out?
No. You pay exclusively for projects that are produced successfully.
